Stock plans are sold at a flat rate as noted on the plan information page. This flat rate is for one set of color plans that you may build only once.

Custom modifications are offered to any plan we sell.  Let us know what you would like and we'll email you an approximate cost (at a rate of $65/hr) and timeline to perform the work.
