To purchase any of our Stock Floorplans, simply call us or send us an email with the desired plan name.  We'll be in touch shortly to make payment and shipping arrangements.

To purchase Custom Designed Floorplans, contact us to request a plan design interview form. One will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours.


Plan Modifications

To better meet your needs, custom modifications are offered to any plan we sell.  Let us know what you would like and we'll email you an approximate cost (at a rate of $65/hr) and timeline to perform the work.

What's Included?


Both Stock Plans and Custom Designs include the following:
Presentation of the plan may vary depending on the size, complexity and style of the home.
  1. Foundation Plan

    @ 1/4"=1'-0"; The foundation plan shows the concrete footing(s), block/piling foundation for the house, deck(s), garage, etc. It also locates the foundation vents and crawl space access, if needed. Also shown are suggested HVAC trunk line runs.
  2. Floor Plan(s)

    @ 1/4"=1'-0"; A fully dimensioned detailed plan locating interior and exterior walls, doors, windows, plumbing, kitchen fixtures and other fixtures. The plan also includes floor covering notes, kitchen layout and HVAC units and returns. Area, door, and window, plumbing and appliance schedules are provided.
  3. Electrical plan(s)

    @ 1/4"=1'-0"; A detail plan locating switches, fans, light fixtures, electrical, phone, Tv outlets, and other required outlets. Electrical takeoff schedules are provided.
  4. Elevations

     @ 1/4"=1'-0"; All exterior Elevations are shown at 1/4"= 1'-0" no 1/8!. Elevations show exterior siding type, floor joist and rafters, locations, roof types and other details.
  5. Floor Framing Plan(s)

    @ 1/4"=1'-0"; These plans show the joist layout, blocking and beams required. The beam and joist sizes are also spaced. Joist take off is provided
  6. Ceiling Joist Framing Plan(s)

    @1/4"=1'=0"; These plans show the ceiling joist, attic access and HVAC return. The beam and joist sizes are also spaced.
  7. Roof Framing Plan

    @1/4"=1'=0"; This plan shows the rafters, hips, valleys, ridges and all needed roof beams. All members are sized.
  8. Building Section(s)

    @ 1/4", 1/2"=1'-0"; Show one or more type. cross sections through the house. This aids in the building of the home correctly and economically. Vaulted ceilings are also shown.
  9. Section(s)

    @ 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/2"=1'-0"; Sections are enlargements of areas that require more detail. This also aides in estimating and construction.
  10. Detail(s)

    @ 3/4", 1", 1 1/2"=1'-0"; Similar to Sections.



Meeting Codes:

Each plan conforms to 2000 International Residential Codes for one and two family. However, modifications may be necessary to comply with your local and state codes. Consult your local building inspection office

Plumbing and HVAC plans, if needed, should be provided by your local sub-contractors to meet your specific local codes.
