If you do not find a stock plan that meets your desires, we will be glad to design your dream home from scratch, meeting your specifications, needs and budget.

How does it work?

First we will email you a design interview form. Once you return this form we will email you a contract for design, quote a design price and a design timeline.

A set of preliminaries will then be prepared. The preliminaries consist of the floor plan(s) and all four elevations, all drawn at 1/4" = 1'-0". Two copies of the preliminaries will be shipped to you for your review and comments. You are asked to review them, make notes on one set, and mail them back to us. At this point, if a new set of preliminaries are requested, one will be prepared and mailed to you.

Once the preliminary phase is finished the construction documents (CDs) are prepared. A building material list also comes standard with all new designs. The cost for a new design is $2.25 per sq. ft. total under roof, ie: porches, basements, garages, heated floor area, etc.
